Thank you for filling the order. The arrangement looked very nice and fit well with the other floral arrangements at the service. The only problem was that there was no name card or banner, which I had ordered. Had I not been there when they were delivered, no one would have known I was the one who purchased them. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and the refund.
