This is my second order with your company. You contacted me the first time because some of the details seemed confusing (family name didn't match deceased name). But I thought that was quite professional to ensure the flowers were going to the correct place. That's why I chose you this time. I wasn't able to attend the services, so I never saw the flowers. And I haven't spoken to the family yet either. But unless I hear otherwise, I will assume the flowers were as nice as last time. Thanks
