It was easy to order on line. The flowers were delivered earlier than scheduled - I appreciated that. Several people commented on how beautiful the arrangement was. An additional suggestion: texting a photo of the actual bouquet might be nice. But not necessary. Thank you for the good service.

Placed the order by iPhone on Thursday afternoon while on way to OKC. Requested delivery for Saturday before noon. Received notice of delivery prior to noon on Saturday as scheduled. Visited funeral home on Sunday afternoon and noticed flower arrangement placed prominently at head of casket. The piece was exactly as pictured on your website. Just beautiful!! Thanks so much! Nice to know your online business model is so "spot on". Be assured of my unqualified recommendation should anyone ask about Ava's Flowers.

I inquired via email to see if the delivery had been made when requested and was contacted shortly thereafter to say that it was being looked into. Then, I actually received a phone call from a real live person letting me know when the flowers were delivered (they were actually delivered a day earlier than requested - totally fine as it was for a funeral and made set up for the service easier).
