I ordered the flowers and when they found out there was not a florist near by that could deliver I was contacted quickly and my account was credited immediately. Very good customer service. Both representatives I spoke with were very pleasant.

Your service was outstanding. I ordered the poinsettia plant at 9pm PST and it was delivered at 11:30amEST the next morning to my daughter. She sent a picture and the plant is lovely and far larger than I thought it would b. Thank you for taking such good care of my order.
