I live in NC and ordered a dish garden for my brother and sister in law who had lost her mother. She lived with them. They were very pleased and described the flowers as being beautiful, big, etc. I had said that i wanted a ceramic bowl and preferred not a basket. My brother and sister in law said it came in a nice basket with a handle (a nice neutral colored basket). Was there a ceramic bowl within the basket that can be removed? The lady with whom I talked to was very helpful. She did tell me that Ava's was in various areas including Milford, and the number that I had called was in Milford. The return address of the dish garden showed Rehoboth Beach. My brother and SIL were not familiar with Ava's Flowers. Not sure about that issue. I still would have preferred the ceramic bowl, as I have one from when my mother died four years ago, and it is still lovely. The most important thing of all is that my brother and sister in law were pleased. They called to tell me so. Thank you.

The sales agent was very knowledgable and courteous, thought I did find him very aggressive to try and upsell me on additional products which is fine, but i felt he should have backed off ,once I advised him what I wanted specifically, instead of continuing to try and upsell the purchase. Also, the agent advised me that I would receive an email when the flowers were delivered and I did not receive the notification that it was delivered. Sincerely, Lisa S. Berg
