I am in Canada, so ordered by phone and was treated with amazing customer service. I was offered different add ons which I took as a great experience and was dealt with compassionately. Since I was unable to attend my beautiful grandson's funeral, my two daughters who attended let me know the arrangement was very beautiful and I was happy to know that the delivery was as requested. When calling from another country and being assured everything was tended to the way I was promised, was very gratifying especially at such a precious time. Thank you so much! My aunt was very happy with her plant. I asked her to send me a picture because she said it was an Azalea, which was different from the picture and I knew I wasn’t promised the exact item.
