The flower arrangement was perfect. The communication on order status was appreciated. I had looked at both FTD and 1-800-FLOWERS and they were unwilling to deliver at this short notice. Ava's was great and I will use them again.

It was good but I was disappointed that her name was wrong. She is BEV, not Beth. I should have double checked that I was being understood. I would have liked to have seen a picture of the actual plant. I had a bad experience with another company that the picture on the internet looked nothing like the plant my dying friend received. She died two days later. I would have never known as I live in southern Ca. if I had not visited her. That would seem like a nice service since most people have smart phones. Just a suggestion.

No complaints about the flowers I got. The only drawback to my ordering experience was that I originally ordered peonies and got most of the way through the ordering process before being notified that the peony bouquet couldn't be delivered to my address.
