I was very pleased that the flowers were delivered on the same day that I ordered them. I was afraid it was going to be next day because I ordered them so late in the day. My 18 month old broke his tibia bone the night before and instead of being with my friend on her birthday I was in the Emergency Room with my boy. I was rushing around getting her balloons delivered and then the flowers. Thank you so much for making her birthday special with amazingly beautiful flowers. Keep up the great work.

The gentleman who delivered the flowers was amazing. He called me multiple times trying to do everything he could to deliver the flowers as the gate to the house was locked and there was no answer at the house. He eventually found a side gate and was able to deliver the flowers. Great customer service and communication.

I inquired via email to see if the delivery had been made when requested and was contacted shortly thereafter to say that it was being looked into. Then, I actually received a phone call from a real live person letting me know when the flowers were delivered (they were actually delivered a day earlier than requested - totally fine as it was for a funeral and made set up for the service easier).
