Hi there! I used Avas to send some flowers to a wake / funeral out-of-state that I was unable to attend. Therefore, I was not able to see the flowers personally. I WILL say, though, that the woman in customer service that took my phone call / order was absolutely a PHENOMENAL Avas representative with whom to work. I will contact your company again, when needed, and mostly because of her!! She was product knowledgeable, exceedingly gracious and kind - just wonderful! My wonderful neighbors gave me immediate help when I had an encounter with an off-leash dog so it was very important to me to be able to thank them ASAP. Avas has a beautiful selection of floral arrangements. Not only were the flowers beautiful they were delivered within 2 hours after I placed my order. I will definitely buy from you again.
