Thank you Avas Flowers! The customer service that you all provided was excellent. I did have one issue that was not able to be resolved but its not all the fault of Avas. I had an oversight on the online order as to where on your website to add my name as well as my sister's name as the senders. I tried to correct this online with no success. Then I tried calling and spoke to a customer service rep, but he said he was not able to contact the designer to add my request. But I am ever so grateful for the communication on the delivery since there was a problem with not being able to connect with the customer. Your company followed through with a second contact number and was able to complete the delivery. The customer sent me a picture of the bouquet and it's exactly as what I seen, selected and ordered from your website. She loved the arrangement! Thank you for helping me delivery her some smiles.

I had some trouble with the website and called about it. The girl was very helpful and went to no end of trouble to resolve the problem. My sister received the flowers and raved about them ! They really pleased her!!! Thank you_ I will use Avas again.
