I'm always cautious when I order something via the internet. Not having dealt with your company before, I read the customer reviews. I have to say I was extremely pleased with the arrangement that was delivered. The floral mix was lovely and lush. The colors just right - not too bold or pale. Definitely one of the loveliest arrangements that were sent. Thank You

The service was excellent as I placed my order online from Canada and had a wonderful call concerning two identical orders that I had accidentally made. The gentleman that called to inform me was very pleasant and he just removed one of my orders and reimbursed my credit card. Very professional and friendly.
