Ordering process was logical and easy to follow. Advance notice could have been given about a confirmation phone number as the delivery was to be a surprise and I'd given our home number (I called the help number and confirmed with an operator). Delivery came off as ordered and the flowers were "gorgeous" (recipient's quote :) Price was reasonable for what was delivered and great to take advantage of a web sale. Thank you for delivering!
