I liked the confirmatory e mail that I was sent about what time it was delivered and that the recipient was the one who received it. The only thing I would appreciate was a picture of the actual arrangement. I always wonder what the flowers look like.

Ordering online was easy, except when supplying credit card information, which required calling the customer service line. Flowers arrived on time and were definitely enjoyed by the "new Mom". Thanks.
