It was very confusing when I ordered on line. I found out that my order had gone through twice which resulted in me having to call customer service to rectify the order. I had ordered twice before and did not experience this problem. I was supposed to receive an e-mail indicating that it had been corrected, but I did not. It looks like it was fixed, but I will check my next Visa bill to verify. Sincerely, Michael J. O'Connell

Your website is great! It was easy to place my order and after I submitted the order I had to make a correction on the recipient's name. No problem. Everything was done electronically and it worked fine. The feedback on the flowers was terrific! The family said the basket was the most beautiful one they received. They sent me a picture...and it was really beautiful! Thank you for taking great care with my order.
