My sister was delighted with the basket of plants and cut flowers you delivered late in the day of her Birthday....which was good because she had just gotten home at that time. She was appreciative of being told not to pick it up by the basket handle, too. She said the card was really nice. I asked if the bow matched the flowers as I had requested and it did. my only complaint was that your online ad prices were misleading....the arrangement minimum was $10 more than advertised and saying that there was no delivery charge but then adding on a large service charge was rather disheartening. Thanks for the quick service, however.

My sister was thrilled with her orchid. The only problem I had was that there should have been two stems and the plant she got only had one. She was happy with her plant and that's all that matters. I will continue to order from you because overall I am happy with your service.
