I did not see the flower arrangement but my niece said it was very nice. I turned to you because I had tried ordering from the FTD site on the funeral home site and they said they could NOT deliver it. Thank you for delivering and on time.

Great follow up service after a question regarding delivery time. Flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. I am glad I shopped around-- Ava's saved me about $20 over other florists between the cost of the flowers, free delivery and a much lower service fee. I don't really understand the need for a service fee on top of delivery, but it doesn't matter because your delivery was free. Others charged $18 service fee plus $10 delivery.
