I ordered by phone. The woman who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. The flowers were delivered within a few hours after I placed my order, and my friend LOVED them! She sent me pictures and the arrangement was beautiful. This is the first time I ordered flowers from you, but it definitely won't be the last.

Great prices and Excellent service via phone call, rather than online only orders where the customer often has questions regarding the item or order. Employer answered all my questions and paid close attention to my detailed request. And the fact that it was NOT a contactless flower delivery made all the difference.
