Avas was very helpful with a difficult order. I wanted to send some flowers to the funeral of my Kentucky cousin and I have lived in the UK for 50 years. When I called Avas the two assistants who helped me spent a lot of time on my order and helped me through the payment system made complex by the different currencies. They notified me that the flowers arrived on time. Obviously, I didn't see them but the arrangement in the picture was lovely and I could not find a similar one for the same price in all the many florists in Lexington that I googled.
