Lauren said the flowers were lovely and sent me a picture of them. It was quite a nice arrangement but not as much like the picture of what I ordered as I would have liked. The site showed me an arrangement with three beautiful roses but there were only two in the one Lauren received. The arrangement itself was not as symmetrical as the picture on your site but I was appreciative of your service and would call you again. Kathleen

Although I thought the price was high for the item I purchased, I was delighted when I learned that the Shamrock Plant, that I requested and was told was not available by the requested date of my delivery, was in the arrangement. I am very pleased and appreciative that an effort was made to locate and acquire the plant that I requested.
