On Feb. I0 placed 2 orders. One to Hoover, AL and one to Raleigh, NC. The Hoover AL delivery was ver;y good. I am still trying to find out about the Raleigh delivery. Todays date is the 17th and I still do not know where or when that order will be delivered.

Needed a local florist in Mansfield. As far as I know it got there quickly as promised. Recipient took a picture and sent to us - they looked very nice.

I called at the last minute for a same-day delivery – as a matter of fact it was a little after the 2 PM deadline for same day delivery. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely pleasant and helpful and took my order as I requested. Although he weren't able to send the exact arrangement I wanted, he willingly substituted it and delivered it three hours later to a very grateful friend. Thank you so much for you were great staff and their wonderful service.

My experience with Ava's Flowers was probably the best I've had, and I have ordered a lot of flowers. The process was so easy . being able to actually see a picture of what I was ordering was great and being able to order online was fantastic and so convenient. The website was easy to navigate through and it was great to be able to check the status of my order. The whole experience was great and my mom was thrilled with what she received. Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much.....my daughter sent me a photo and the arrangement was lovely. I especially loved how the lillys were just about ready to bloom.....she will be able to watch them bloom! I was uncertain if she would recieve them on the same day as I ordered them....and you DID!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Couldn't be more pleased. Customer service was excellent.
