The arrangement was beautiful but was placed alongside the wall so it was not seen along with the other arrangements. That was unfortunate.

It just so happened that I called my mom to with her Happy Birthday and while talking to her on the phone, her door bell rang. It was the flower delivery. She was so happy about the flowers and that I had sent it to her. It was good timing for me. Thank you so much.

You website was very easy to use and I liked that you were more local in the Indiana area vs. the nationwide companies. She loved the fruit basket so I will keep you in mind for future deliveries.

I was very happy with the person I talked with. He was detailed and when I gave him the words to put on the note he was immediately compassionate in how he finished the order. I would give you an eleven on a scale of 1 - 10. I will definitely you in the future when ordering for a delivery in your area.

I loved working with Ava's- the prices and customer service are the best I've ever encountered. My only suggestion would be about the fact that i didn't get to see the finished product (which you most often never get to do), maybe a nice service would be to snap a photo of the bouquet before it is delivered to email to your clients?
