I believe the person I placed the order with was Xavier. He was very pleasant and took all the information down and then repeated it back to me. I googled florists in Berkeley and found many. I saw that Ava's had many good reviews, I liked your website and your staff is very friendly. I called my brother to see if he liked his birthday flowers. He said that everyone that saw them said "Wow!!" Need I say more? I will definitely do business with you when I need flowers again.
