Tracking was very difficult, since it was delivered late. Couldn't get anyone on the phone either. It arrived at its destination, not sure of looks or condition as it was not delivered to me.

My experience was very good. It was easy to order and the price was even brought down a bit because I thought it was too high. The delivery was very speedy, as well, and the plant/flower arrangement was lovely. My overall experience was great!
