I enjoyed everything about the experience on the phone with Lindsey. She was very helpful and it was an easy transaction. The flowers and gift basket were beautiful and the person receiving them loved it all. The only negative thing was the first time I called, a lady named named Mary answered. She was rude and then hung up on me. Luckily I decided to give it another go and called back.
