Very pleasant ordering experience. Despite a major snowstorm you were able to deliver on time! The funeral was pushed back 2 days, but your flowers were still fresh and pretty. This was my second time using Ava's Flowers and I am sure it won't be the last.

I liked how easy it was to order the flowers and the different prices you could choose from was nice -- also tracking was easy. I haven't seen an actual picture of the delivered flowers but other than that.... it was the best experience I've had with ordring flowers. I was quite happy with the experience.

Thank you for taking care of this order. I had the time of the funeral service incorrect. I thought it was at 5:00pm, and turns out the service was at 10am. I am thankful that Ava's Flowers delivered the flowers in time for the service, and that this business knows more about what is going on with funeral services, then I do.
