Great service, flowers were ordered by phone delivery time could not be met. Avas contacted me several times prior to delivery date when we got together they told me the situation. They offered to upgrade order and add additional items and we agreed upon a deferent date when my friend would be back home. All went well gift was beautiful and fresh. Wonderful experience and will definitely use them again. Such great, thoughtful service is hard to find nowadays. Richard
