I had a great experience...I spent over 2 hours on the internet trying to choose which flowers to buy & finally I reseached Ava's called the customer service rep & she was superb. I called because I needed the flowers to the church prior to 3pm she assured me no extra delivery charge & she also added yellow to the arrangement which were mine & my godmothers favorite colors. The arrangement was so beautiful & breathtaking next to her coffin. I would recommend Ava's flowers to anyone.
