This was the first time I used your service and I am pleased to say that the gift basket was greatly appreciated by the recipient. They said the basket was very nice and contained a nice assortment of snacks and fruit. The major thing that influenced my decision to use your service was the "same day delivery".

I was pleased with the ordering process, except for the bow charge. I almost cancelled my order when she said there would be a charge for bow. The bow should be included in the price. I appreciated the call to say the arrangement would be delivered the next day due to the flower quality . Thank you, Anna Schep
