The website was easy to use. I was thrilled there was not a delivery charge for the plant when I placed the order. But I did not understand what the $13.95 handling charge was for unless it was a delivery charge under a different label. I also was surprised to be charged $2.95 for the Greeting card as I had never been charged for the sympathy card attached to the plant before. I am thankful that the plant was delivered on Friday, the day before Maureen's funeral.
