Dealing with your people on the phone was like pulling teeth. They were nice but SLOW. The flower arrangement was fine but I paid for ribbon and it was not there I also kept getting texts about another order for someone else that had nothing to do with my order.

I was worried that I ordered the flowers to be delivered too early, but they arrived the evening before the funeral, and they were just beautiful the next morning for the service. Thank you for your professionalism. The arrangement was fresh, bigger than I thought it would be, and exactly the colors ordered, and it was very much appreciated by the family. According to the recipient, the arrangement was beautiful. Happily, it was delivered in a timely fashion and was the first flowers to arrive after the death of my cousin. Thank you for the prompt delivery and lovely flowers. It meant a lot to the family.

Thank you so much for delivering the most beautiful flowers and delicious chocolates to my mother, Tuesday. My step-father had been in hospice for a few months - with mom caring for him. He died in the night last night...and I know the flowers and love sent with the bright, cheerful flowers, helped her through the most difficult of these last days. I cannot tell you how perfectly timed the delivery was, since his children were there and shared some of the chocolate with him, everyone laughing, including him, since he'd willing have chocolate since it wasn't medicine. The flowers supported mom with love she needed...the bouquet truly delivered "Bright Smiles". Best Wishes and Happy Holidays, Sandy
