I was told on the phone it would be delivered that afternoon - it was not. Arrived after lunch the next day.

Needed emergency same day delivery and major flower delivery companies have time restriction in which order must be placed before 2pm. Was so thankful to find Avas Flowers! The only company that would deliver same day after 4pm...Thank you!

I greatly appreciated the e-mail to confirm the flowers had been delivered. I talked to Mom 2 hours later and she had not been notified by the front desk of her facility that they were there! Living in the next state makes it difficult for me to be an active participant. She was overwhelmed by the great size and beautiful arrangement; said she could barely transport it back to her apartment. Thank you for making her birthday such a special event!

My Father in law was very pleased with his birthday basket of fall flowers. He said the arrangement was beautiful, and that everyone in his apartment building was envious of his gift of such beautiful flowers. He's a hard man to buy things for, but he does appreciate beautiful flowers to admire for a few weeks. This arrangement should last at least 2-3 weeks if he keeps it damp.
