The lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. She guided me through ordering on their website rather than just ordering over the phone and it saved me some money. The plant was delivered to my sister in the hospital when they said it would be delivered. I encourage anyone who needs flowers in the Mesa AZ area to use Avas!
