Easy to order. Arrangement looked nice. Only thing I thought should be reworded on the order site is that it gave the option of paying $9.99 extra for delivery by 1 pm, which I declined. Then upon confirmation of my order, it stated arrangement would delivered by noon. I think this would be unfortunate if somebody "fell" for that. Especially an elderly person. That is probably appropriate if you were placing the order the morning of delivery and should state so.

Flowers were delivered on time, and were very, very close to the item pictured when we ordered the flowers. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers. Thanks.
