The flower arrangement was beautiful for my sisters birthday. Delivery time was amazing. Only one little glitch , the arrangement came with a Mylar birthday balloon , okay. The balloon attached to the arrangement was a baby shower balloon. So, my 60 year old sister got a good laugh . Karen Shock

Just one suggestion. I had to call and ask where my receipt was. So until it was emailed to me I had no way to check when the flowers arrived or no way to reference with an Order number. Also, it would be most helpful if the receipt was itemized. You show the Total but if you want to know what made up the Total, there is no itemization. I did hear from family members that the flowers were beautiful and I thank you for your prompt and sympathetic service. It was good doing business with you. I appreciate everything you did to help me. Many thanks..
