I appreciate the way I was kept informed about your service through e-mails and links. I was under the impression from the google search that you were located in Sturgeon Bay only to find out from the person receiving the flowers that the location was in Algoma. I understand that I had requested same day delivery, but was not disappointed with having them delivered the next day. I had ordered these for my sister and was delighted to hear that she received a call asking if she would be home to accept delivery. She immediately gave me a call to say thanks and tell me that it was the MOST BEAUTIFUL arrangement she had ever gotten. Her exact words following that statement were that if she needs to send flowers to anyone, Ava's will be the place she chooses to use from now on. Thank you for the prompt service and keep up the good work !!
