I want to thank you for the excellent service. I live out of state (MA) and my 93 year old aunt fell and was in Washington Hospital. "Walter" helped me with the arrangement I sent. He was kind, courteous and professional. I was also impressed the flowers could be delivered the same day - and I called after 1:00 in the afternoon. Thanks again!
