I had to trust Ava's Flowers to deliver a quality product. I do not live close to the zip code where it was delivered (on time, I may add.) I did not see item I ordered but I assume it was perfect.

I was very pleased with my order. I ordered flowers for my daughter's father-in -law online. I was unsure about ordering something I couldn't see in person. I was ordering for a funeral in Bethalto,Illinois and I live in West Virginia. She called to tell me the flowers were beautiful and that everyone was commenting on them. I live out of state and just by chance called Avas Flowers to place my order. The gentleman that took my order was very helpful. He assured me the arrangement was going to be beautiful and it was. My friend called me on the evening it arrived and just couldn't say enough about the arrangement. The flowers were delivered on time which was very important because my friend was being honored with a retirement party and I wanted the flowers to be delivered to the restaurant before the party began. If I'm ever in need of flowers again in that area I will certainly call Avas Flowers. Thank you!!

Service was great. E-mail,receipt is disappointing. Receipt should include individual pricing for each item. Not shown on my receipt. Also, text message showing delivery was sent three hours after delivery in a time sensitive situation, causing some anxiety
