It was good. They got the email address wrong the first time, but Texted me so I knew. I called back and it was fixed right away. Then they were unable to fill the order with all the correct flowers (out of some stock in Jamestown) and they called and called until they got me to tell me and ask for my permission to do a substitution on some of it. My Aunt's children said the flowers were beautiful... I was a little worried. She is dying so it was very important... I am pleased that you cared so much. Thank you !!!
