Hi Brian, I really do appreciate your service there in Scottsboro, Alabama ! I live overseas in Asia, and I work in the Middle East and visit the U.S. rarely, so to find a dependable service to send gifts to my parents is AWESOME ! The flowers were delivered and the order Process was easy. The order taker did his Best to accommodate me and assist in my selection. I did Receive a pic of my sister holding the Arrangement. It looked ok, but sparse and Didn't even have any Sunflowers .. I am disappointed in that... Carol Turnage
