You went above and beyond in trying to get the flowers to my friend who had a sudden death in the family. Hence she wasn't home for a few days (which I did not know). You kept me in the loop about the troubles trying to deliver the flowers ,even when the neighbors refused to take the delivery and hold them for my friend. I had suggested trying the neighbors. Keeping me in the loop was terrific! Staying the course on your part was even more terrific. I got a message from my friend yesterday the the "flowers are beautiful". Thank you so much! I just want to let you know that I had a great experience ordering on-line with Ava's Flowers. I am located in the metro Atlanta, GA area and received word at the last minute that one of our vendors' father passed away in Florida.
