The birthday flowers I ordered where described by my 94 year old mother as "Beautiful simple Beautiful". They were delivered on time and your customer service personnel were courteous and very respectful. I will keep ordering from you in the future. I have not seen them yet but my step mother loved them....they made her cry (it was a good cry)
