The person who took my order was very promising saying "We will represent you well!" I appreciated that as I am out of town. The delivery was made exactly on time as promised. My Aunt reported that each bloom was a bouquet in itself. She also sent a picture to show me how beautiful they were. I'm more than satisfied with this first experience with Ava's!! I'll be happy to call them again!

Top-notch customer service, the quality of the floral arrangement was beyond my expectations, freshly picked roses and flowers, vibrant colors, and perfect harmonized combinations. The plus of the service was the delivery of the bouquet, the stuff was very nice and friendly, singing Happy Birthday meanwhile delivering the arrangement! Thank you very much!
