I am pleased with the service and the flowers, chocolate, and teddy bear. I myself did not see them, but the person who received them, was thrilled. Delivered when promised. So all is good, and really cannot tell you what you can do to do better. I appreciated the reduced price and free delivery, which also helped me to decide to place the order too.
