Ordered a tropical floral arrangement for my cousin's very special birthday & she received a beautiful arrangement. She sent me a picture & I was very pleased. Flowers looked fresh. The order was placed and I received a prompt call letting me know that a substitution needed to be made for 1 flower type. The delivery was made within the timeframe that I asked for. The delivery person call me to let me know that the person getting the flowers was not at home and there was no place to leave the flowers. He let me know that the flowers were left with a neighbor and left a door tag on the door. My experience with Avas Florist was great!

The picture Nancie sent to us didn't show any Lillys in it, as shown in the ad, but Nancie thought the arrangement was beautiful and she loved it. So, that's good enough for us! Thanks.
