I had a great experience. I looked at some bouquets online, and when I called with questions, the young lady stepped away -- twice -- to see if you had those type of flowers in stock. Although you did not have the sunflowers, she was SO helpful. I felt like I got great customer service and will use Avas again. Thank you.
