Your business did fantastic. I called my girlfriend (recipient of the flowers) and wished her a happy birthday. While chatting, her door bell rang and she dashed off to see who was there. It was the flower delivery person. I could here laughter and she reported back that she just received the flowers and chocolates that I ordered for her. Thank you! I was able to connect with her from my home in Alaska to her home in Kanab, Utah. WooHoo!

I ordered the flowers on Thursday about 3 Ca. time to be delivered on Friday. About 3:30 I called the mortuary to make sure I was sending the flowers to the right location as I live in California. What I found out was the family was coming in about an hour to pick up the ashes, as they live in Panguitch about a hour & a half away and they weren't doing the services at this mortuary. She told me she would call the local florist & see if they had received the order. She called me right back and said they did have the order and they would make it right up and get it to the mortuary so the family could take it back to Panguitch with them.I couldn't believe they would do such a nice thing .I really appreciated it.
