the flowers were pretty but some were artificial and it was not in a pumpkin like it said they would be delivered in. The arrangement was not delivered on her birthday like they were suppose to be so was a little disappointed about that. My cousin loved the flowers anyway. I was told I would get a $20 credit, but did not get it. I have a $20 points which I earned with this purchase but no $20 credit for the flowers being delivered late.

Recipient was delighted with the plant that was delivered. In addition, the ordering experience was very easy and the person who worked with me was very helpful.
