My experience with Avas was exceptional. The person that took my order was very patient and accommodating. The only suggestion I would like to make, is it would have been nice to have an actual picture of the arrangement that was made for my recipient, emailed to me, as I could not attend the service and did not get to see the arrangement.

I found Avas on the net as it's been over 20yrs since I've known where to get flowers in Moscow. They had pretty good reviews and I liked their versatile sympathy arrangements. I wanted something that would last and something that would get there fast. I was able to see the arrangement a few days after delivery and it was very nice, very tasteful, and my Aunt loved it. Thank you.

My only suggestion would be about the fact that i didn't get to see the finished product (which you most often never get to do), maybe a nice service would be to snap a photo of the bouquet before it is delivered to email to your clients?
