I did not personally get to see the arrangement as they were sent in my place. In the photo I received from a funeral-goer, they were as beautiful as in the picture that I selected them from. They arrived on the exact day promised. Since the idea to order flowers was on last minute notice and the circumstances for the need, the whole process was done with ease, no complications, and right on time. Deborah

I received a call from Avas that my order was double booked. I really thought that was very considerate. The flowers were delivered Ina timely manner and they were beautiful. My wife even brought a couple of stem back to Florida and still they look great. Thanks for the great service. Regards Neal
