I'm so thankful to the customer service agent, who was so kind and empathic when I ordered the flowers to be delivered in the wrong month for my aunt's funeral. Avas Flowers was able to deliver the flowers timely on the following day after my call! The spray I ordered was absolutely beautiful with an elegant banner, just as shown in the picture on the website. I'm a customer for life and will be ordering more in the near future.
